Just a thought...anyone else think 'smart coupons' are maybe not so smart anymore and may go out of business after this?...wonder if Pedigree are having 'words' with them after this almighty ****up
why is it 'Smart Coupon's' fault?

Surely it is Pedigree who told them which coupons to print.. Smartcoupon is just the middle man??

It was supposed to allow one of each coupon only, like couponnet, or 2 if you said it did not print (although they had the same serial number).

Until the glitch was fixed, you could print hunderds.

Because Smart Coupon should have only let people print 1 of each coupon who had registered with Pedigree that's why. Instead a lot of people were printing hundred's.

If they had then we wouldn't be in this mess by the judge of the article in The Sun a few days ago

Morning everyone by the way :D

    Ohh, I see!

I was only ever allowed to print up to 2 anyway, that's why I wondered what the problem with smartcoupon was.

Gather its not possible to set something up similar to PTS for swapping mocs for their intended purpose - some of our posts seem to have been removed. Shame as I thought it might be a good idea given the hard times that are ahead for some people - and better than throwing the mocs away.

do you know i thought i was going mad for a minuite, couldnt find your post or mine, how odd that they were removed:confused:

Smart Coupon is not so smart, i emailed smart coupon and pedigree to advise them on the problems of letting people print numerous copies of the same personalised coupon, this was abit ago. I never used the £7 coupon myself but could see (as many others did) the massive problems that would emerge from such a stupid system....

I dont think we should be angry at T's as you cant blame them for protecting themselves; thus far they have been very kind to us accepting all these coupons; even though I have found the customer services lacking. However, saying this I will take some my buisness to other cheaper stores, may stay at T's for my meat and if they still take conditional spend. Can't see them at all bringing this policy now, too many people are aware.....
