Updated Printable Money off Coupons & Policies Thread 10 (and chat)

I feel quite lucky as I was able to use my vouchers today, this was in an Extra store in North Wales, there was no signs up at the checkouts or at customer service. I only went there as it is my closest supermarket to the small village I live in.
I used the £5 off £30 at Waitrose, £5 Tesco vouchers, £4 in Luncheon vouchers and about £4 internet vouchers, the lad on the checkout happily took them all without batting an eyelid. Hopefully this will continue or maybe the change will happen on Monday.
On another note I found a couple of receipts with 350 points and 90 points I`m wrestling with my concients (sp) whether to claim them or not:o
I am a bit jealous Linditip.
I am getting withdrawal symptoms from not using coupons today.
I think I will come and move in with you so I can visit your Tesco's. Love Wales so would like it where you live.
I feel really sad, like I have lost a friend. Sad or what?0 -
testing....
Been trying to post for an hour but says I have to register !!!
Will try once more...
My store is national policy now...self-scan slots sealed as well....
It was good while it lasted...wasn't it peeps?
I'm still shopping at my local T's...I like it and I'm saving points for a Virgin holiday next year...had a great one to Malta for free last year....saved a blooming fortune on my shopping this year thanks to all you peeps on here ...and to T's for taking the mocs...so come on peeps , pick yourselves up...down but not out!!! You never know, the good times might return...hopefully in a better form ,to get rid of the abusers.I'm still going to look for mocs...I'm using F/Foods( that's 10% off for a start)...the new Tropicana moc is another 50p..and will use the Cifs and the Domestos...and there's always the Pikapaks...lol...but won't be needing cereal for quite a while...nor dishwasher stuff...in fact, my cupboards/fridge/freezer/garage are nicely stocked and I've got a nice little Xmas store of chocs and goodies...so can't really moan too much....it really was good while it lasted !!!0 -

That's why I said "when you have used coupons" I ment I am sure it was also one of the contributing factors, this was another big loss to Tesco.0 -
Thanks for the replies concerning the points, will try next weekend as that the only time I can get to Tesco.
I was a bit stunned that they took my coupons as someone said said last night that Tesco in North Wales had stopped taking them, must have been a different branch or just lucky with choice of SA.
I really do hope they have a change of heart about accepting coupons everywhere else.0 -
Got me coin from the Royal mint today thanks Bully :T:T:TAKA; Mad, MM, MM5, Madicles  ©

Not all that recently no - but I have always found Asda's own brand although cheaper in prices - it is also cheaper in quality!!! Can cope with Tesco own brand, but don't think my fiance, cats or myself could stomach Asda own brand! (Again not trying to sound sarcastic!):j New but learning fast!! :j0 -
Am really hoping that this will be a short-term change of heart from Tesco and still think we should write to thank them for their MOC policy in the past and make positive suggestions about how they can reinstate it with safeguards. The combination of affirmation and all of us shopping elsewhere may just work, especially if Martin is willing to try to negotiate with them for us. Watched his GMTV thing and actually he was very careful. I am sure it was the level of abuse that really was the cause of this.0
