I know we have all had a bad day but can we all not just stick together instead of bickering amongst ourselves - that never gets anyone anywhere.

If my memory is short, why did i mention boots? It proves i was right pal.

As for the Boots thread, i gave a lot of people on there a good sorting for their back biting, and was pm'd and thanked many times for it.

I don't think anyone had quite the impact i had.

As for insulted and harrassed - what you mean is some people on the boots thread were unhappy i was sharing their finds with others on MSE. When in fact i was sharing my own finds, and had never visited the Boots thread.

Only by searching my own name, did a discover this, and i visited the thread and kicked butt.

OMG!! this site has gone mad tonight?!?!?

I was feeling very unwell this evening and only came on to check if there was anything new but i found over 20 pages to read through!!

I went shopping to T's this afternoon about 5.30pm and used my coupons fine my lovely SA was commenting how great it was and she only found out about it from me as i seem to be the only one in my little town in Ebbw Vale using coupons. She told me she hadnt done any coupon shopping yet as she was having problems with her internet but it was now fixed and she would go home and print some tonight! i feel so guilty now for her!
I am an honest coupon user and i have only been using coupons since August, I am totally gutted that the policy has changed so quickly and without notice, i and my family of 6 were really struggling over the summer to make ends meat and this thread and all it's users was like a life line to me!
Thank you all for all your help and hard work finding coupons.

I will be keeping my fingers crossed that this is only a trial.

We all have different views so lets just leave it at that.

I did end up enjoying the Boots thread and miss it, although i still have enough mens grooming products to last me a life time from all the glitches, aswell as 5 years worth of chirstmas and birthday pressies.

I also have over £100 on my advantage card, ready for the jan sales.

One thing though - everyone assumes your a woman, and i kept getting invited on girlie shopping trips with the gals. I declined, of course, but never got round to saying why.

Which is why i 'came out' on this thread. Men like bargains too. Hate shopping, love bargains.
