    just a general ?????..If all supermarkets had a 10% moc policy which supermarket would you use .... our Asda moc store policy was ruined by some coming in and putting anything in the self serve slots including blank peices of paper that they are now taped up ... for the past yr it has only been 10% of total bill

    good question;) i think asda looks dirty, well mine does;), so id have to say Morrison's or sainsburys, sainsburys own brand is actually very good

    hello. went to asda got loads of bargains,bread in all shapes and sizes reduced to between 2p and 5p, got a pepperomi pizza with stuffed crust,50p,2x smoothie drinks 25p each, lots of ready meals from 25p to 50p, cooked meats, and loads of other things, I spent, are you ready for this, £3.75 and had 5 carrier bags full. well pleased with that. just finished doing some freebies for my pets, oh busy busy, life goes on after tesco. lol
    Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

    Evening all Mad just catching up :)

    Went into T's this after :eek: Picked out some T's value noodles for 9p (I'm sure they were 8p last week, therefore a 12.5% rise) just to say "hi" to me fav SA. She wasn't there so Mad availed himself of some free bog roll in the gents :cool:
    You are soo naughty :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • if all of them did 10% then I'd go round all of them and get their bogofs and 1/2 price stuff. did my last shop in T's at 16:40 on black friday and there was no sign of the ban, haven't been back in theory they maybe still taking them but highly unlikely and as it's 20 mins each way in the car I'm not going to find out.
    Went to Sains, Asda and Morrisons yesterday didn't need anything just doing a reccy Morrisons seemed to have the most offers got some boxes of 12 pampers wipes for £7!!! (full price is £2.39 a pack) a few of the 30p veg bags, Felix pouches 3x 12 packs for £7, 1 litre of Pepsi 50p, 7 pack Hoopla Hoops 60p, 6 pack McCoys 70p.
    Sainsburys got Whiskas 2 x 12 pouches for £5.50 -2 £1.93 MOCS so only £1.64 for 2 x 12 packs. Asda just got Huggies for £4 (everywhere else £6) - £2 MOC (yes still have some from the newborn boxes:p)so only paid £2 a pack. Spent £22 came back with 100's of nappies and wipes and all the various other bits.
    Still though no matter how cheap it was, it still wasn't free:( didn't miss the nervous/sick feeling as at the checkout as I waited to see if I was going to get trouted, missed the joy of the MOC's beeping, and got the sick feeling after all as I handed over my crispy notes.
