I said 'manufacturer coupons' during the conversation- so not sure how she may have interpreted that?

I do have the name of the lady i spoke to.

What you were told sounds quite promising though?

I might venture across to test the water one evening. Although it seems further its exactly the same distance for me to drive there as it was to go to Meir Park

You said "me" there by acident. Come on, if you are going to maintain this self-important persona by referring to youself in the third person all the time you will have to be more careful with your vocabulary...

oh just get stuffed. be gone! go away! if you had been more careful with your 'vocabulary' then you wouldn't have half the site coming out to defend the good person you are mercilessly mocking. Understand?

I've found a local somerfields (only small) up the road from where I work, that happily accept internet coupons if you buy the product.

I tested it with two domestos 24 hrs that I bought on offer, and used the onlyl coupon in my handbag (sniff) which was the pdf one.

Rosebud - please don't think I'm being !!!!!y - but I thought the pdf Domestos coupon had 'tesco only' in the very small print?

Here's a 3 month - you can see they are underperforming the footsie even though they have gone up

    z?s=TSCO.L&t=3m&q=l&l=on&z=m&c=%5EFTSE&a=v&p=s
Interesting graph. Although - they're still going up! ;)

Is there ones comparing them to other supermarket's performance, rather than the FTSE?

Be interested to see how Sainsburys are doing - they've apparently been having a resurgence the last year or so.

I know somebody who does that with its close relative. Everyday or maybe 5 times a week. This person works for T, this person gets the priviledge of going in & out of T stores all over the place. Each day they will go from one store to another store to shop from 4/5pm till 10pm. Always came back with a van full of tesco bags. This person also give my relative £21 worth of pdf mag vouchers, When my relative came to visit me & show me the vouchers, I told them not to use it - but they didnt take my advise. So just imagine this person already have £21 min. worth of vouchers plus pedigree + others & shop 5/6 different stores a day.
I think if you know they've deliberately been scamming T on a vast scale, certainly not within the old policy, and they work for T as well, then it's up to your conscience whether or not you report them for what they've been doing.

I guess their store would be interested to hear what's been going on.

Just got back from Morrisons, had a bit longer to look round today, found loads of stuff on offers, bought some Pasta Reale Tortelloni on a BOGOF for £1.79 - 3 different flavours available. They also had I Can't believe it's not Butter for 50p - less than 1/2 price, bargain. There was a good selection of cheeses on special offers, so I bought some of those and I also spotted plenty of crisps, etc. reduced.
I also paid with my new Halifax Credit Card (9 months free interest and £20 cashback) so that I didn't use my Tesco Credit Card (how's that for a boycott! :rotfl:). Yes, I know I will lose Tesco Clubcard points but I am going to invest the money in a savings account for 9 months and then pay it off - it's called stooging apparently. That's another revenue stream for Tesco's that's bitten the bullet :D

Just watch when you get the cash from your credit card because there is usually about a 2% charge.
If there isn't then well done I think it's the quickest most hassle free way to make money.
