  • Does anyone have any torch products which are tried and tested???
  • EC -early morning running is the best. It takes a bit of getting used to but after a while you don't even think about it until you're out and running (or is that because I don't actually wake up until the fresh air hits me) :D

I use a ronhill flashing light on the back of my high viz vest (more so I don't get run over by cyclists than anything else) and this week I've been using the head torch that was given out at the Halloween nite run. It's light (in weight that is ;)) and doesn't move around when you're running. I've copied and pasted the make from another site:-

single lens Cyba-lite Sprint Ultra Bright LED headlight . Although not the best on the market it does the job ....

Simply - I used to run in the mornings during the summer and loved it!!

It gets your running over for the day and its the best time in my opinion to run!!

I will have a look at the link and give the early morning runs a go again!!

A better recovery run this morning and I didn't moan to myself half as much as last week :rotfl:One thing I must remember next week though is to wear a long sleeved top on my slower runs - my arms never warmed up at all.

Sorry EC that isn't a link to the product - I just cut and pasted the name of it. You'll need to Google it I'm afraid.

I hope your ds is ok and you get your exercise session in evab.

.... and I'd like to wish Uk good luck for Sunday too. GOOD LUCK!!
