well said becky, now I'm really itching to get out!

I'm at home but with poorly ds, had to leave work early yesterday to take him to GP - he has an ear infection. So no time for excercise yesterday, fingers crossed for tonight!

I was like that when I had a bad foot :o

When does OH get back so you can offload for a few hours??

Next Saturday (14th) we have to pick him up from Grantham so I won't actually get out until Sunday!

I have to say I'm so impressed with everyone at the moment (okay except maybe BT :p).

The work thats going into improvment is just massive from everyone - so great to see everyone smashing WAVAs and improving long runs - its makes me excited for this time next year (when I just might beat one of my own pbs )

And good luck to Uk for Sunday!!! :j:j

I couldnt agree more everyone is very motivated besides me as I have only been getting out once a week since the darker mornings:mad:

I find the treadmill boring now and its off putting!! But if I want progress I need to boost the miles I am doing at the moment!!

Really hoping to do the Belfast Marathon next May and there will be a new baby int he house feb-mar time so time will be valuable then!!!

But you're still getting a good one in when you go out :D

Whats the problem with the mornings - I always run in the dark in Hyde Park - its fine as long as you watch your footing for twigs/branches :D

Have you tried running in the mornings EC? It's hard to get out there but I find it's actually quite motivating and nice to see the sun come up as you go!
