Everybody does seem very motivated at the moment
I had tight calves this morning, eased off after walking to work though. Am really looking forward to long run on Sat

well said becky, now I'm really itching to get out!
I'm at home but with poorly ds, had to leave work early yesterday to take him to GP - he has an ear infection. So no time for excercise yesterday, fingers crossed for tonight!

Next Saturday (14th) we have to pick him up from Grantham so I won't actually get out until Sunday!0

I have to say I'm so impressed with everyone at the moment (okay except maybe BT
).
The work thats going into improvment is just massive from everyone - so great to see everyone smashing WAVAs and improving long runs - its makes me excited for this time next year (when I just might beat one of my own pbs :rolleyes:)

I couldnt agree more everyone is very motivated besides me as I have only been getting out once a week since the darker mornings:mad:
I find the treadmill boring now and its off putting!! But if I want progress I need to boost the miles I am doing at the moment!!
Really hoping to do the Belfast Marathon next May and there will be a new baby int he house feb-mar time so time will be valuable then!!!0 -

Whats the problem with the mornings - I always run in the dark in Hyde Park - its fine as long as you watch your footing for twigs/branches
