Well done on the intervals Evab and the running Rich...
Did my intervals last night and was rather sluggish from the weekend excesses but none the less managed:
7:55, 7:51 and 7:58 for mile reps - a few weeks ago that would have been great of course so just have to take what my body will give and move onto a tempo run tonight0 -
Well done Becky, good reps I hope you enjoyed the weekend!0

I did but I certainly felt it yesterday
(my parents are such a bad influence!!!)0 -

Well done Becky, those intervals are none too shabby! You must indulge more often...
I'm off out tonight for a tempo run too. Probably about 5 miles so we'll see how I get on. I did go for a lovely curry with some friends last night so I need to run that offSealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Man, I don't think I'll ever run far enough to burn off the crap I ate yesterday - wonder how many calories were in the giant bakewell tart I had for lunch0 -
Week 1/27 (NDVM)
Mon 26/10 Rest Day
Tues 27/10 3x1 Mile (08:48, 08:50, 08:47) + 2 Miles WU/WD
That's my first ever interval session completed and what did I learn from this morning's session? Not to distrust my Garmin.
I thought that I had mis-programmed it and I stopped the 2nd mile rep early only to have it beep at me after I'd slowed down.  Never mind, I'm pleased with the results as a first attempt and I enjoyed doing something different too. I think I'm going to like this training schedule
Curry? Bakewell tart? Makes my jacket pot and beans look boring!!2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Well done on a great session Simply - see you can do speed
Dont forget to keep a note of your avg rep time and watch it fall over the plan!!!0 -
Good running simply, as becky says it will be great to look back on those times, I've got a log of all my mara prep times and it's amazing how much you progress over just a few weeks.0
