A better run this morning - still didn't feel 100% but a vast improvement on how I felt yesterday.
You were out early Rich - those are cracking times :T
Welcome Lurkio - don't rush off we're not all speedsters like Becky, Rich and beer tins. Some of us don't do speed - we do consistent
I often get peeped by passing vehicles julie - I don't get too much abuse though. Mostly I find people are quite friendly, they pass the time of day or make encouraging comments. I did get applauded by a chap one morning which was a bit odd but the funniest was being invited home by a young 'hoodie' who looked like he was on his way home from a night out with his mates 'wanna come home with me darlin'. Just what you want at 7.00 on a Sunday morning :rotfl::rotfl:2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Just as expected, Simply, you'll feel even better on your next run.:)
Yep, I was out early because the track is available 'Dawn till Dusk' so I need to use the Dawn end of the availability. (Its those northerners you know, they wont switch the floodlights on - it costs money.:p)
'Speedsters' ? For a moment I thought that I'd been compared to a pair of swimming trunks.:rotfl:
Btw I dont think anyone will have seen the race report from our parkrun at Bushy last week. Its got sod all to do with the race but represents A1 'Go To The Top Of The Class' style ranting (especially if you know about the call for a parkrun boycott last week by a certain Mr Elders):

Good luck tomorrow Ev - part of the reason I first went on depo was to get rid of my lady problems as it caused me to skip sessions - the problem doesnt seem to have returned so far now I am off it but I'll wait a few months and see I guess... in my case it was mostly terrible cramp which got worse when running!0
-
Hi ev - sorry to hear you've not been 100%. Hope your run goes well tomorrow
Mascott - I'm scheduled an 8 miler tomorrow too - we can run it together if you promise not to go too fast. I'll see you at 06.002021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -

That's why I need to work on my speed Rich - the faster I can run the longer I get to sleep in.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910
