Looking at the pictures and times on facebook it looks like the people taking part are a lot of elite runners. Worried about being last with a BIG gap!

Well these are some of the pics from Glasgow last Saturday. Fido is impressed..he's never been called an elite athlete before.:D

There were a good few people around the 14mins/mile mark but it really doesnt matter if you take longer than that.

And remember that just because you start it doesnt mean you have to finish if you dont want to (the chances are that you will though;)), you can just slope off home whenever you fancy.....you'll be surprised how relaxed and informal it all is.:D

squizz I have a shock absorber bra and its excellent, they often have them in txmax for around £10-£15 or there are loads on ebay too. I also have the asda one which Becky has and its excellent for the money if your not too big up top but I found it was a "little bouncy ;) " but good as a spare
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

So I had a reply from poweroften and they didnt get picked up for some reason...anyway I asked if they could put it on the submit performance bit as well since tracking finishing position in big races is a good way to indicate progress year on year (especially if its the same race).

Will let you know what they say :D

I've got an Asda one but it's not supportive enough - also have an old-ish Shock Absorber one but it's slightly too big so usually end up wearing both! The new one does look pretty good - I may save up! http://www.boobydoo.co.uk/sportsbra/productdetail.cfm?productid=93&sourceid=9
