It's shorts and long sleeved running top for me at the moment. Feels cold when I start, but soon warm up. when it's really cold i wwear a short sleeved running top over a long sleeved one. But that's plenty. I'm wearing tracksuit bottoms when I run in to work tomorrow morning, but that's more to do with pockets for keys, wallet, phone, oyster, work IDs!

Haha after feeling fine on Monday I seem to be suffering with delayed reaction to the weekends efforts now so I had serious DOMs issues yesterday and today had the 'I cant actually go today because I am so exhausted'

No worries though am now munching honey roasted cashews and peanuts under the duvet - will get an early night and hope to be recovered and fresh tomorrow :)

My legs felt a lot less tired during this morning's run - I almost enjoyed it :D

Rachel - I'm currently wearing long running tights/long sleeved top when I run early morning and long tights/short sleeved top if I'm running later in the day. I've been wearing gloves too as my hands get really cold.

Enjoy your early night Becky tired-sleeping-smiley-4636.gif

Evening all, enjoying a rest day too.

Nice run simply and when squizz gets over here too, she had a good run :D.

I usually run in my 3/4 length leggings, helly hansen top and waterproof and becaue it's been so cold my gloves. Not daring to wear shorts yet as still a bit of weight to lose, however I've lost 7lbs since Xmas so getting back to my weight before I had kids but a hell of a lot fitter!

Not much wrong with that run, a strong flowing rhythm which was very enjoyable in the mild spring like conditions. In view of that, it was rather odd to see the gritters out........

Simply - Whats this about enjoying runs? Its supposed to be a punishment regime dont ya know!;)

On the subject of what I wear, I just get out of the door and see what clothes happen to have come with me. Sometimes it has been known for certain garments to forget to come with me.......:p

Well sports direct have sorbs at £15 at the mo so i got a pair as i pu9because non in running shoes)t my others in my work boots which helped those but has caused me to have calf problems so I did nt have my long run today as my calves were really hurting after running club last night and i dont want to risk injury for the 10k on sunday. After having today as rest day I'll go to run club tomorrow.

I run at the mo in tracksters, long sleeve wicking shirt, gloves(2mile or so) and hat (keeps head warm and rain of specs) anything else is to warm, besides my fat keeps me warm !
