Well done simply, a good solid pace after your 18miler at the weekend. Silverstone is getting nearer are you excited?
After the shock of Chester marathon entry (considering Snowdonia is less than that with free massage and transport to the start to name 2 extras) my foolish hubbie has said this would be a good one to do, and there would still be 4+ months until Snowdon after that. So keeping some of my extra pay this month to pay for the entry, also need to look at a couple of 1/2s0 -
I have to say Ev you mostly like would have busted (possibly sub 60 in race conditions) hat 10k time last night so perhaps you should look for a nice flat 10k to give that a go soonish
Good running Simply - I decided to skip out tonight instead0 -
Flat becky, round here :rotfl:It will be interesting to see my time in Llandudno, only 2 miles up the Orme then down and round, but yep will look for something Cheshire way for a more even terrain.0

They're getting some TLC now Rich - feet up and a nice relaxing evening.
evab - haven't thought a lot about Silverstone to be honest. It seems aggggges away!! When is your next race? (sorry I'm too lazy to look at the fixtures list)
Becky - I think you deserve a rest after the performances you've been putting in recently.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Tee hee I made Rich rest too so I didnt feel guilty (well I put the idea in his mind anyway)0

7th Feb, 10km - simply - just found flat 10km in Farndon on 7th March which might be an option.0

Sounds good to me
I cant believe Dewsbury is only the second 10k I will have raced - after the  of sevenoaks I havent tackled one again
They are losing 5-0 to cardiff arent they - why is that bad its cup isnt it? And cardiff always beat us0 -

0-5 just after half time at home in the league. Could be bad!!!!!
Yep, if Dewsbury isnt a PB by a huge margin I'll eat my (very smelly) running shoes!
Edit: Oh, and Wardi's asking you something about the Dewsbury entries over on RW....Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
