    Oddly the only thing that hurt on my jog home from work was my bottom. Must remember to put the boxers on for tomorrows run i think ;)

    9:30 is late for me as Rich will tell you - I've always slept a lot but with running it gets worse so I can happily sleep for 12 hours a night now :eek:

    Anyway very stiff this morning as predicted but at least I will run more slowly tonight instead :)

    Morning all :hello: 3 miles for me last night in 27:56 (9:21 min/ mile) - legs felt quite tired but strong at the same time if you know what I mean!

    12 hours! I'm lucky to get a decent 7 with my little ones. I love my sleep too!

    Morning run for me today so off in a bit to try this tempo run malarky :)

    My calves are a bit tight but other than that absolutely fine! :eek:
