A 2:06 half in training and feeling good afterwards is not a bad basis for your training going forwards, Mascott. Good going.:D

Well its a shame they took photos there as it was at the top of a big uphill section so both of us have poorer form than usual!!! I got a nice flowing one at the start but I am only a dot:

Hi all, some great running over the weekend, well done!

I did my 8 miles in 86 mins (10:50 min/ mile) which I was pretty happy with! It was pretty hilly, and I tried to take it easy, so was quite surprised by the time, felt a bit achy yesterday and still a bit tight today but much better than I expected to.

So last week looked like this:
    Tues 3 miles 31:22 (10:27 min/ mile)
    Thurs 3.7 miles hilly 39:11 (10:41 min/ mile)
    Sat 8 miles 1:26:00 (10:50 min/ mile)
Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.

Hi all. Didn't get to the parkrun on Saturday in the end. Just too much to do at home! I did get out on Sunday, though for a 14 miler (about 1:55). Went pretty well, but I definitiely felt it was time to stop after 14 miles! was planning to do a slow 4-5 miler this lunchtime, but I forgot my towel, so it's an unplanned rest day for me.

Good running all, glad to see almost everyone seems to be getting out there at the moment.

P.S. Oh and it's tight boxers for me.
