Good thing is I always get angry first so if he really had caused me some trouble he would have paid for it right royally :p

(I can be a bit crazy when I have too - once someone sparks my temper they are in trouble, but I get scared afterwards when it starts to sink in if that makes sense - my logical brain takes over and goes 'oh holy cr*p')

    But yes rather speedy :D
  • I know exactly what you mean Becky, I do the same. Better to come across angry and confident, then be scared later! And hey, at least we can probably out run them if all else fails. Big hugs Becky.

What a close call that cyclist had - he must have been within a whisker of getting a left hook. He wasnt one of the 'Ipod Zombies' as well was he?

Very intimidating behaviour - he'll get his deserved comeuppance pretty soonish if he keeps acting like that....

But getting to the positives.....is that a sneaky little 10K PB I see hiding there within that 8.2 mile time?;)

Okay you are fine with the 2 x 2 runs this week - are you excited about the race??
thanks for that - can't really say I am looking forward to it at the minute to be honest as everyone seems to be trying to scare us at the minute. I will be fine on the day though ;)

    Week 12 - 4, 4, 8
    Race week - 2, 2, 13.1

Okay as before run 1 is a fartlek :D, you dont need to go up to 16 but people who run over the race distance in training always do much better in races.

If you find you are getting bored with fartlek then do every other week of run 1 as a tempo run, but here we are trying to get you up to distance rather than speedwork - its hard to work on both at the same time.

    Good luck!
Brilliant, thanks for this Becky x

    Great runs x
