    Cheeky!!!!

I also had headwind both ways tonight - how unfair is that!

Saw some outdoor fitness class nutters doing sprints and turns and jogging on the spot - they all looked at me longingly as I jogged passed (or maybe they were laughing who knows) ;)
  • Krider - go for gold, you can win!

    I love the optimism
Mascott - sorry to hear about your moggy. As you say least she didn't suffer - that's something that is a concern for me with our two. Being brave enough to make said decision too...!

Good running becky, 1Hannah, beertins, rich, and red.

Another day another run; slightly easier today after yesterdays exertion. My week is looking like this so far:

    Sun: 5.2 miles in 48:29 (9:19/mile)
    Mon: 6 miles in 55:11 (9:11/mile)
    Tue: 5 miles in 46:55 (9:21/mile)

    Current total = 16.2 miles
  • Cheers Krinder, Becky, Rich...

I have just written out my plan.....blimey theres a lot of running to be done, but a least there is plenty of time to ease into it.

It has motivated me to get out there toniight so catch you later...only a quick one, but these blinking hills are a killer!

That new running style sounds intriguing Becky - it will be interesting to see how you progress with it ;)

Hannah - hills!! What can I say? You have my sympathy. I have to say that I like the sound of red's Fartaboutlek session :rotfl:

I felt a bit creaky during this morning's intervals so was pleased complete them at a reasonable average pace.

Good to see that you're back out now your OH has returned evab and good running krider (but I will be back for those Tigger legs soon) :D

Wow Simply you were creaking and only 2 seconds off the last time when you were flying - I suspect there's more improvement to come there soon :D
  • Krider - Are you trying to challenge Simply on the consistency front by any chance? Those paces are remarkably constant.;)

Simply - Another solid interval session. Is that your fastest? If not, it is very close...so well done. I suspect you're actually starting to enjoy them.:D

Enoy the run, Mascott and welcome back, evab.

Some good running in this horrid weather, although when I went out it was a bit windy and no rain so picked a good time.

Good miles Simply, glad you're feeling better becky.

Hope you're having a good run mascott, good progress hannah, and well done everyone else.

Glad to see you back Evab - hope your chaining hubby to the kids for a few weeks so you can get your running in ;)

My average was a few seconds slower than a couple of weeks ago Rich but I didn't enjoy them this morning. It felt like very hard work and I nearly gave up a couple of times - it didn't help that I went a slightly different route and there was more of an inline for the third mile.

Becky - I hope you're right about the improvement soon; I think I just need to shake of this creakiness.

evab - I was lucky with the weather too - it was dry and still when I went out this morning. :D
