Just to add, I'm not a non-compliant NRP and have always happily paid for all of my children, just the vicious streak in the ex scares me, if I had a million she's be even more crazy0
-
Yeah it's the streak that does it. They can't get enough, not helped by the fact that at one stage I was earning more than both of them and they clearly wanted a piece of it. If we win lotto, chances very low since we don't buy tickets, I would put it in trust so it belongs to child. My new P asked recently, following all this with the CSA that if we ever split would I go through them - I can honestly say that whatever he did nothing would compel me to do that, unless he ran off with much younger busty bird that is.0

If he ran off with much younger busty bird, she'd wear him out, he'd soon be back where he belonged

Has anyone seen the website "a fairer CSA for all". there is a section headed bailiffs, it advises that The csa must carry out full checks before they hand it over, these include:
- The debt is for at least £150.00
- No child maintenance payments have been received in the last 3 months
- There is NO ongoing legal enforcement OR appeal action.
- The Debt is correct
- The last maintenance assessment is 100% correct
Since i've not missed an arrears payment and I am absolutely disputing the amount, also based on the fact that the last assessment was to pay £59p/w which included a contribution towards arrears (despite me being in receipt of no income). I think they should not be sending bailiffs. Is this the case? I know that btd1 had them call following incorrect assessments but has that happened for anyone else?
Also, has anyone else been issued with a LO despite them paying regular contributions to either maintenance or arrears??0 -
I have a LO which was served against me last January for 25K. At the moment, nothing can be done and they know it. Cannot get a DEO or they cannot provide any evidence that a MA was issued to a correct address in 1996. Case closed 2005 and daughter now 24. I have bank statements detailing payments to ex and my daughter from 2000-03, all prepared. That should be interesting as she was on benefits. I have never claimed a penny of benefits in my life, but it was okay for my ex to keep getting paid beneofits up until my daughter was 19. It would have been good if she declared she was working whehn my daughter was 16 and before, so she has more to lose then I have. Thats, why she is being very quiet over it all.
I suspect a one to one interview will happen at some point, but having no fixed abode or never having taken out any credit anywhere and paid only by cash, it is not easy for them.0 -

Sorry.. really thick question here but do the DP files only contain details of calls, emails, letters, etc of those that the NRP has made or do they also show that of what the PWC has made? Also, can the PWC request the exact same DP files as those that the NRP recieves or will theirs be completely different? Sorry if this sounds like a really silly question

blimey40 - have you seen btd1's posting - I think they have lost several letters, were yours all there? also how long did they take?
loobyloo0302 - I suspect that it's only between you and the CSA, not the otherside, however I also know that they have given my ex full details of my finances, despite this being a breach of DP, so I guess it's one rule for "evil absent parents", and another for the PWC. I hope am wrong though.0 -
Your DP files only contain your info for example if a PWC requested their file, everything concering the NRP should be blacked out the same if a NRP requests their DP file.loobyloo0302 wrote: »Sorry.. really thick question here but do the DP files only contain details of calls, emails, letters, etc of those that the NRP has made or do they also show that of what the PWC has made? I am however curious when I got my DP files I never received copies of calls
