My DH used to be a courier for this lot and usual the day you get the email it means the parcel will be with courier the very next day, so should be with you very soon.

Once you get the despatch note the goods always arrive, well they did for me, so it looks like you have successful orders.

Received items ordered but have been charged full amount. Now I've gotta mess around returning them for a full refund. Why do they bother? Do they think some of us will actually pay for their overpriced goods?

how were you charged? did it apear on your card? acording to other memers on the reciepts it had the full price but they werent actually charged

I think I know what happened, I set up an account with them (didn't have any other options to pay). So they've put the full amount onto my account even though I have no credit or debit card assigned to the account, weird?

well I was advised at checkout delivery today......but no parcel and no email.....cant get my current account to balance ...seems to be a discrepancy so I reckon they are taking money.Totally miffed and not happy
