    hi mse

can any one give me advice in this situation?

my product came today, but on the delivery note it states the total amount as 22.99 as opposed to the 2.99 i was expecting.

i wasnt asked for a credit card number so i would assume if i dont pay by calling them?( is that how it works?) ill get a bad credit rating?

i have tried to log in via my customer no on the website, to no such luck.

so best course of action is to keep the product? i only wanted it if i was going to pay 2.99 for it or return it?(ive opened the bag it was delivered in but not the actual box)

any advice on how all this works and best course of action to take would be gratefully received.

    thanks

    edit

ive just tried to "reset my password" just in case i got the wrong password.

and i came up to this message:-

"You are not currently registered for my account

You must register before you can view your account details online."

so does that mean empire have no record of me?

No it means you havent registered your account online. If you dont want it then parcel it up and send it back via the post office asap then no cash will be owing for it.

My wife receive her top (£19.99) this morning. Quite a nice one & it was completely free with the voucher.

I think those who did not enter their credit card details will be charged the full amount as you would have opened an account with Empire Stores for them to process your order.

Both me & my wife paid my credit cards. Both receipts had 'amount charged=£0.00'.

hello, i ordered 2 lots paid for first order with credit card and when it arrived invoice stated £0.00 however the order i placed without entering any card details the invoice stated £14.99 i phoned up empire stores and said thats not the price i expected to pay as i entered in a promo code and she said can i have it and i'll enter it for you as it didnt register when you entered it before, she then entered the code and said theres no charge for that order so all cleared.
    Thanks
