has anyone tried this multiple times with any success? Its accepted my address and same card for a second time using code?0

I ordered something for £19.99 on the website it came to nil yet when it arrived it came to 19.99. When I rang up they said i used a £15 of £30 code and therefore wasn't valid.
I explained that it came up as nil on order, she said without the code she couldn't do anything.
PEPE kindly pm'd the code (Thanks PEPE) when i phoned back (which took over 20mins) they said that code was again for £15 off £30, I think they were trying it on because of the high useage of the code.
I again stated that the code gave me £20 off when ordering, the lady then accepted it and credited my account with £19.99.
I think the problem is with the accounts opened rather than those who used credit card details.
Hope that helps some people

Can anyone help me?
I ordered 2 seperate items and I have just recieved them together and have not got the £20 off
On the delivery note it says joytech controller £22.99 then it says amount charged £13.60.
2 sets of pjamas say I was charged £7.69 eachinstead of £12.99 each but it should have been less.
All 3 together have cost me £28.97 when it should have been £9.97
Do I ring them?
I paid by CC0 -

I'm not sure what you mean by 2 separate items (you've ordered 3 things!). I presume you mean you did two separate orders??
When I did this (one order), when you put more than one item in your basket, instead of taking £20 off one item, it divided the £20 across the order (which is a pain if something needs to be sent back as you then start to lose the £20 discount!). It looks like your two orders have ben combined, and the total you have been charged is full price, less £20. Maybe you can't use the same code twice for a single customer and that's why?
I ordered an Adidas retro t-shirt (decided a brand name might be a better guarantee of level of quality. Effectively cost me £1.99, so still well happy with this bargain, even if not strictly free.
