i didn't get any confirmation e-mail or account no etc so couldn't check my order online etc - i hadn't given card deails but was concerned it was all to good to be true and i'd get invoiced (in which case i didn't want to the goods or to pay return postage) i e-mailed them to say if your billing me keep your goods, if your sending them give me account details etc, I had a few hopeless unhelpfull customer service replies, and suddenly my order turns up today, over a week after it should have (from the date on the checkout screen) but with an invoice showing nothing due.

It still seems to good to be true but the level of service has been such i would never place and actual order or give card details - i just don't trust them.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
