Ive tried to use codes on Empires sale stuff before and they dont accept codes on sale stuff.
And i agree if you havent been asked for card details then you have applied for an account.

you have to 'select to pay by credit/debit card', after entering your details & promotional code at some points you will have to enter your credit/debit card details. After that you will see your payment details & it should say 'total payment 0.00'. So your card will not be charged. Then you can confirm the purchase.
I spent £19.00 & paid nothing. My wife spent £18 & paid nothing. There was no delivery charge.

I'm a customer with Empire Stores and used the £20 code which was accepted on the system last night. Today I've got an email saying code has been used maximum number of times and will not be processed. I've not used the code before . No new trainers just yet then

It accepted code at checkout.Ive had no confirmation email last night nor anything saying it wont be honoured.It said delivery friday so I shall find out then.But no funds have been taken either as I ordered over and above the £20

Oops looks like I've opened an account with them then, maybe this is their way to increase the customer base..

Check my email to see when the goods would be delivery but didnt say, but also noticed that it says dear , (no name-has anyone had the same email) but it does have the items that I ordered. So I called them up and spoke to customer services and she says there are no records and when did I order because it can take up to 24hours for database to be updated. Anyway, she said to email customer services and ask of delivery dates.0

I had the same email with 'dear' only when i ordered and got my bits i ordered on friday yesterday.A nice saving of £20 :T0

Got an email this morning to say my goods are ready for despatch so will have to wait and see if anything arrives0
