DH fixed the washer so I've done 3 loads and the last one is drying now. Housework done & ironing too :T so I have time to crochet later when I get home I'll do a bunting in pale pink I think as the last one was white. Cheese on toast for an early lunch shortly then off to a course I've applied for to help women returners get work. It's the taster day today starting at 12pm.

Just like SUNNY GIRL I detest the commercialisation of Valentines Day have never ever bought so much as one card for it either, refuse to accept it - oh and by the way Kinsey is right we all love you!
What about we have a MADE UP DAY for US instead, or we could just celebrate KNIT DAY (or even nit day if you like). I haven't been to Blackpool for years and if I remember correctly even in the hight of summer it was cold...BUT great fun place.

Afternoon all - the chocolates were scrummy - BUT Mrs M - NO coffee ones where have coffee ones gone - I love coffee creams and you cant get them

shaz - we love you honey xxxxxxx - I sometimes think life on my own would be far easier as middle age creeps in I think DH is becoming like his Dad (OMG:eek:)

valentines Day - completely waste of money - I only give DH a card as I make them - would not buy one - would not get one back mind you as DH is hopeless with cards xmas, birthdays etc never get one ..... I prefer a random bunch of flowers or gift I think there is more meaning in that

Boys for hollow legs - yes the food cupboard is survival of the fittest round here two men one female - no chance :rotfl:

may, would love to get a puppy, but one of ds's is allergic to them, myself am allergic to cats, so its just teddy bears here for cuddles.
love the links, and still trying to learn crochet, loved the big round yellow smiley face one.
louise, glad dh managed to sort the washing machine out for you. cheese on toast sounds lovely, i havent had it in ages, might do it for my lunch tommorrow.
