Loved the piccies may...reminds me of a lorry driver who gave me "the eye" once - def the man on the right!! Alas the one on the left eludes me....off to relax - had a lovely but very long day! Saw mum, cats and cousin so all good...a day with lots of love - popped in to see one of my oldest friends who I havent seen for at least 10 years and, as always, we just caught off where we left off! Lovely...

    Good morning.

I got a decent amount of squares for my blanket crocheted yesterday - 6 in total - so was very pleased with myself. I'm doing 120 x 6" squares in shades of blue & cream for a big blanket for our bed. 16 done just 104 to go now wink.gif

The washing machine appears to have broken overnight and there's a full load of whites locked in it so I'll get DH on the job soon.

On the subject of Uggs or look a likes as I, too, wear they are fabulous! So warm & toasty and comfortable. I love them!

ISOM I am in love with that blanket too it's gorgeous. I'd love to make something similar one day.

Have a good day all & I'll be back in later xxx

    Good morning everyone,

Maytaurus so sorry to hear you've been in hospital again, please take care of yourself, we NEED you. Hope your family are as well as they can be.

ISOM that blanket is rather delicious isn't it. It would also look good in 'mother of pearl' pastels don't you think?

Shaz hope you're feeling a little less bereft as each day passes.

Jean the sewing lessons sound interesting, keep us posted on how they go. What did you learn from the knitting machine lady?

    Pam hope your ok.

    Love to everyone, xxxx

2 preemie hats, 2 preemie gowns, 1 bunting, 1 sleeping bag, 12 chalky squares
  • TO ALL MUMS OF BOYS - all boys are born with hollow legs, they at first need them filling up with lots and lots and even more food. As they get taller and older, some (but not all) change the food intake to liquids (I will say no more). My DS could eat for the olympic team probably because he has long legs then!
glad the linkie worked- that's a relief.
