So we are nearly at the eve of 2010, and if you are happy lets launch the challenge of the square. As part of such a creative group ( with a bit of madness thrown in for good measure) I will be the first to say lets knit as many 8 inch squares as we can, when we can and for who we can !!!
And if you are like Roamin please feel free to add some twiddly bits and if you feel inventive, creative or just a bit daft take the theme of squares as loosely as you like and this could become a lovely joint charity project for us ALL to join in with during 2010.

It really does not matter if you only knit or crochet 1 square !!
Please involve family and friends !!!
Or you may feel moved to create a game. a monster, a toy a "whatever" but it is
" hip to be square" (I promise that is a song title!!!)

So we have 12 months and if we only manage 1 blanket that is still special but I promise I do not mind the sewing and will do my very best to find the very best charitable home for our efforts.
Try and do a good deed every day.
