Hi,
Well the past few days have proved quite expensive! Had a birthday that I had completly forgotton about so hadn't budgeted for, then had to put into 2 collections at work as 2 people are leaving and I also have a leaving do/drinks thing at the weekend that i have to go to. So aprox £100 unbudgetted spends this month:eek:. 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. I'll have to see if I can shuffle things about a bit. Off work today and no major plans. Going to make a shepards pie later. I bought some lentils last week, never used them before so i'll bulk up the mince using them. Might make a few little cupcakes later as I have some whipping cream left over that I want to use up. No wonder I can't lose my last 1/2 stone.

Hi
Lentils are great for bulking stuff out, I use them loads. And so cheap too.
I haven't been to Wavertree for years, probably not since they did it out. I used to be a member at Garston, but didn't go often enough, mainly because I hated the changing rooms.
Friend keeps asking me to go with her, so will have a think. When I'm working away I go to a Zumba class that costs £4 a go, so will see if Lifestyles do any.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Lifestyles do a Zumba class and its really popular, always really busy in the evenings. There are a few classes during the day which tend to be a bit less crowded. I keep meaning to try Zumba but I have ZERO co-ordination so havn't plucked up the courage yet, Its on my to do list for March tho so I'd better get my skates on. I have a night out tonight so i'm getting my hair done later which is desperatly needed so I can't wait. I have also bought myself a new outfit which is the 1st thing I have bought myself since last summer, I feel increadibly guily though and its taking the shine off it a bit. I havn't used a cc though but I have borrowed the money from my bill account which I will have to pay back when I get paid again, the other option is to e-bay like mad.cc & o/d debts 4/2/11 - 12209.

Still not feeling great today- why does it take me days to get over a hangover!
Tummy feels icky and feel really de-hydrated. Hate this feeling, glad I don't go out often. Have assesed the financial damage and will have a struggle to get to pay day, 1st April now.
Day off today, i'm going to do some baking, a practice run of cupcakes with buttercream icing and some sort of decoration on top. I have a birthday coming up (not mine) and I thought it would be nice to bake some sort of cake but personalise it a bit so i'm going to try cupcakes today and if they look nice/taste good i will buy some fancy case's ect.
Not much else to report - weight has stayed the same 10st 5ilbs which to be honest I am very suprised at as I thought I would of gained. Going to do a quick fly round the house- its not too messy and then get started on baking. think i'll have to do a meal plan as well and see what i can get used up out of cupboards.

Well this month has been terrible money wise - I have totally lost the plot when it comes to managing my finances, I am definatly all or nothing, meaning I am either as tight as they come or I can spend like there's no tommorrow and i've just won the lottery. I've overpent by £400 this month and every penny has gone on me. Shoes, clothes, going out, makeup and hair and my beloved coffee shop coffees. I feel really bad though, just like when you've been on a diet and then had a binge. Right thats it, I get paid tommorrow and its the 1st april, fresh start...........................cc & o/d debts 4/2/11 - 12209.

Been really busy over last week or so, but a good busy. Had another night out last week but didn't overindulge and came home at a sensible hour but had a good night. Mothers day on Sunday I invited my mum and dad over for Sunday lunch and cooked a great dinner, Lamb and all the trimmings and then treated us to a duo of desserts, toffee apple crumble and bread and butter pudding with custard all washed down with a couple of glasses of wine. Mum and dad both enjoyed the day and the food was nice, evan though I do so say mself and for less than £20 for the 4 of us much better than going out!
Woke up on Monday feeling bluegh again, think it was a combination of too much alchol and too much rich food over the weekend so have kept my diet quite light this week and have upped my water intake and i'm now feeling a lot better. Went to body tone on Monday night which is a great all over body workout using weights and also managed to cram in a 15 minute run. Tuesday is my usual legs/bums/tums but decided to give it a miss this week as just felt like having a relaxing evening at home, so cooked us a healthy dinner and then just chilled out and watched tv which is quite a rare thing for me to do lately. Went to the gym last night and did a good run 35 mins (5k) and some weights work on my upper body. My ambition is to have really toned shapely arms, and they are starting to look quite good now, not too muscley but more defined in their shape, can't wait for the summer so I can show them off a bit!!!.
Its OH's birthday today so we are planning a trip to the cinema this evening and possibly a bite to eat before hand, may try pizza express or GBK as there are some offers on at the minute. Back later!

Time to come back to MSE. I've been slacking of late, i'm still watching the pennys and havn't totally fell of the wagon but i've become a little bit bored by moneysaving and watching every penny but i can feel myself sliping and i'm getting more and more despondent by the day so I need a fresh plan and a fresh start. Its been so long since I last updated I need to read my diary and make some updates.
