I would suggest print in colour

great post - thanks ! - but do they have to be in colour ? - what difference does it make ? ( I only have black ink in my printer  )
As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question ! ;)

i went to the solihull one. i wanted a cath kidson mug at £4! i will try again and at a different store to see if that makes any difference... i did say to the woman behind the counter "why does it say you get no change then" but she wasnt having any of it!

Report her to the manager, or Head Office. They will not be impressed that either their staff have not been trained by the store manager properly, or that she does not bother to read the information the management provide about their special deals.
  • just got 4 cards with no problem. They didnt even look at the colour of the voucher.
Obviously I filled in all 4 with different, and valid email addresses.....

I used 2 black and white vouchers too this morning at Oxford street branch. I went to 2 different tills to get the vouchers as they only give one per person. Can't use the vouchers till the sale is off, on saturday...
  • I have entered my details on the Telegraph House of Fraser voucher page, but no voucher appeared for me to print. What did I do wrong and how do I get the voucher? Thanks!

I just rang the Norwich store, and spoke to a lady who said there is no problem what so ever with printing it in black and white so save on your ink, and dont print in colour (or call up your store before and check)
