It says no copies of the voucher will be accepted, does that just mean photocopies or include printouts from the computer?

i was told today that i couldnt redeem it against anything under £5 , is this correct??

The terms and conditions say they you won't get any change if you buy stuff for under a fiver, and it doesn't mention any minimum spend so that sounds like it's not right to me. But then in a different store they told someone's husband that they don't accept photocopies because he took in a printed out version (how else are you supposed to do it when it's an online voucher?) so it sounds like none of the staff really know what the rules for it are? Which store were you in?

i went to the solihull one. i wanted a cath kidson mug at £4! i will try again and at a different store to see if that makes any difference... i did say to the woman behind the counter "why does it say you get no change then" but she wasnt having any of it!
