Went into the Hull one today and got mine exchanged after she looked me up and down with distaste and said it couldn't be used on sale items.
Why do the staff think they're above customers? It makes me feel really down, but when I have a nice sales assistant it can make me feel happier for the rest of the day!0 -
Got to agree with marbella, the staff at Gateshead Metro centre were brill.
Maybe the staff can't take advantage......who know's, but agree good staff can give you a buzz.

I managed to get mine in Northampton today with no problems, however didn't buy anything as it seemed the whole shop was in the sale!!!0

after being told they were giving out no more at meadowhell after my first attempt to get one gift card i went to london yesterday and got one in HOF on oxford street..they were great and said they had just had loads of gift cards delivered so if anone from london is after any try there0
