Mine is ivory, silver and powder blue. It was meant to be just ivory and silver until my daughter decided she would only wear a disney Cinderella dress!

I want ivory - with hot pink, turquiose, orange and ? poss jade ? bridesmaids and then flowers etc tying it together...

Any comments or pictures anyone has seen of something similar would be AMAZING - it looks fab in my head but MIL and others keep saying "I always like weddings in shades of pastel..." etc (she is lovely FYI but doesn't see my "vision"!!!!)

Go to projectwedding.com or snippetandink.com and search for the colors you are interested in, inspirations boards will come up. Also you can google wedding inspiration board plus your colors and see what happens. I found at least one of my boards this way.

Got to agree the orange looks stunning. ornage was one of the colours we debated but had my heart set on pink.

Ladies, my OH was very very against pink and a tail coat and cravat until he saw a baby pink one with cream waistcoat in a bridal shop window. (I can't stand baby pink :mad:). Few weeks later walked him past another bridal shop on purpose cos it had hot pink :money:The man loved it and now thinks the pink was his idea so its all win win hehe. Either just have the colour or make your men think it was all their idea!!!

I think our colour scheme may be going out the window - OH & I both wanted purple with hot pink (sounds odd, but I only wanted flashed of hot pink to break up the purple) but now we've hit a problem.

I'm trying on dresses this weekend and I think the dress I like is in the sample sale and if that's the case, it'll only come with the red trim, not the purple that I want... So do you think red and purple will look ok together or do I need to change things?
