It's in Control Panel. Click Start - Control Panel - Wireless Network Setup Wizard.

I'm in CP but cannot find wireless network wizard..............anybody live in Liverpool and can nip round one day? LOL

Switch the Control Panel to Classic view. The Wireless Wizard should be there. If not, have you installed/updated to Service Pack 2 (SP2)? To find out, right-click My Computer, click Properties and look on the General tab. The wizard is part of SP2.

You can set up the wireless network manually without running the wizard. See How to set up your computer for wireless networking in Windows XP.

The wireles network connection in my computer.....says, its enabled,shared,firewalled with very good signal strength andspeed is 54.0Mbps. Still not able to get online though.

Seems that my problems was a knackered network card.... and cable with a loose connection. Happy to report that I am now back online and wireless again.
