    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Spud I am sooooo proud of you hun...there is no stopping you now, just keep at it slowly slowly and you will get further and faster :)

    I decided to run early and save myself the £1 and runclub. Did a lovely 5 miles along the river and through the woods, was beautiful and I think the furthest I have run continually since leeds :eek: naughty me!
