I'd love a third but it seems destined not to be. We had fertility treatment 2 years ago now but it didn't work....the specialist told me I'd failed my husband by not providing him with a child and that I should hurry up and sign up to his private clinic for further treatment.

I was so shocked I didn't say anything or make a complaint.

Thats awful Pooky  I would have punched her one :rotfl:

Becky I have always admired people who are sure they don't want children and vocalise the fact. It is difficult to go against the majority.

Sammy I dont want any either, the fact that I medically can't has helped me in situations when people are asking why I haven't/don't want kids. Someone my age in work has just fallen pregnant so I am getting the 'why are you trying Pap'

Has BB gone on holiday yet?

In one/two weeks I think Sammy, she either goes before or after me....

Anyways I am still ill  Went to work and have been asleep for 3hours too. Not productive for the 12weeks challenge but never mind. Mums going out later so she can buy me some medication :A
  • pooky - it was me, and also Squizz who have used them....

I'll take em off yer hands if Squizz doesn't want them, but in all honestly i probably have half a dozen so it would be a waste not want not, rather than a need....

    Squizz?

Go for it Maz, I have been a couple of times but I can't see me getting time to fit swimming in at the moment (or the energy on top of running and painful Abs class )!

These quotes seem strangely incongruous in the same post! :rotfl: Although I quite agree! :D

did i tell you Erin has given up brownies Bookie?

Too much running around the countryside so she opted for brownies to get the heave ho.... secretly i'm glad... she gave it 18 months but she wasn't really mad keen on it...

  • i am being a good girl and going to runclub tonight... first time in ages... they are doing a beach/boardwalk run and i love the route.... so am very excited by the prospect.........

plus it means tomorrow night i don't have to cram a run in while erin is at football training so am going to go to the gym instead for a bit of variety....
