I decided to run early and save myself the £1 and runclub. Did a lovely 5 miles along the river and through the woods, was beautiful and I think the furthest I have run continually since leeds :eek: naughty me!

I'm sure it just looked like me and the kids were messing about, I'd just finished work so wasnt dressed for running. Ran quite a way (for me) before I had to stop though
