    What they actually meant to say is that they have lost your form. You would have been told there was no form when the insurance documents were processed. The insurance documents will have been checked against your form.

    Be sure to tell your MP that they have lost your form, have not told you, and only now after you've pushed have they said anything.

    Just back from my pilates class - wasn't going to go but doc said to carry on as normal as I needed to get out and about. So I went and feel much better for going - even though I really, really didn't want to go.
    Doc is going to chase up counselling for me and wants me to go back on Wednesday to check I am o.k.
    Feeling a lot better - he said to chill out and forget out houses for a while as it had obviously got too much for me - so that's the plan- to chill out for a few days and check in with him on Wednesday.
    Thanks everyone for your support earlier - hopefully a good night sleep will sort me out.

    I would have loved another baby tried for 10 years infertility clinics etc etc because obviously i was gutted one of my children has Downs Syndrome :rolleyes: doctors are emotion less sometimes.

    snags, got your text couldn't answer but I have been ok til this afternoon when i have driven home (45mins) raging headache and had to take 2 tablets and lie down for half hour feel fab now, need an extra one in the morning me thinks but other than the bar i cant make anything else, so me need to get ready mades on wednesday when i go see her x
