I just sent them the following reply, and would encourage others to do the same:
Dear Sir/Madam
I am very disappointed to learn that you have cancelled my order.
I would politely remind you that YOU sent ME the discount voucher after I entered my e-mail address on your promotional web page. If you did not want me to receive the voucher because I was not one of your "target customers", perhaps your software should have screened me out before sending me the voucher. Since it did not, I think you should stand by your mistake and honour my order.
Certainly the Terms and Conditions to which you refer are open to a number of interpretations, and you have chosen to interpret them to your own advantage. However, should they be put to test in a court of law I am confident that you would have to honour any orders placed using the discount voucher.
From a customer service point of view it is extremely shoddy to cancel a customer's order more than 24 hours after you accepted it, and from a public relations point of view you have risked causing a great deal of damage to your company's reputation by failing to give customers the benefit of the doubt after your own blunder.
I sincerely hope there is no truth in the theories circulating via the internet that this debacle was a stunt on your part to bolster the size of your marketing database by obtaining peoples' information. Please could you send me a written assurance that all information you have obtained about me will be deleted from your systems with immediate effect.
Yours faithfully

I sent this as written by taxiphil (tnx again) and received the following reply a few minutes ago:
Thank you for your message.
figleaves.com reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by an authorised agent of figleaves.com.
We can however offer you £5 off your order. If this is acceptable, please let me know and I will reinstate your order.
Should you have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us again.
With best regards

Give up will you. Don't you have better things to do?! I really think the offer of £5 was a good kind and genuine one. If you really want your underwear I would accept it. WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO UNREASONABLE?!
(haha oh yeah apologies for unintended thanks, was looking for the quote button)0 -

I think it was page 12 or 13 where mentioned cheaper online store brastop.com, all figleaves stock is at almost half price. Don't buy from Figleaves! Avoid their huge prices. But think, do you realy need to spend money, we are here to save moneyHave you got something to share - Do it.

More often than not these sellers also fail to pay any form of taxes on their earnings and are in fact criminals in this respect.
Given the cost of buying items to sell, ebay fees, postage and packing, petrol and transport costs some people would have to be making a pretty sizeable turnover before the taxmen would have to get involved.
HMRC would probably be better off concentrating on easier targets, like (say) people who are given the use of two hugely expensive houses absolutely tax free, together with chauffered cars, massive salary and guaranteed pension for doing !!!!!! all.

Still got £2.35 tracking on Quidco from my cancelled order0

Mine is showing as tracked as well but whether they pay out remains to be seen.
I must thank the good people of this thread for their pointers to better and cheaper underwear sites. Has anyone here used Bonprix before? They are on Quido and I have placed an order. Their prices also seem quite cheap so I wonder if they are any good.'Everyone loves to read but it can be a real nuisance when you lose your place. Here's a solution. Just received the following:-
Subject
STATEMENT ISSUED BY FIGLEAVES.COM ON 16TH MAY 2006
Discussion Thread
Response (figleaves.com Customer Service) 16/05/2006 01.59 PM
Dear XXXXXX
Figleaves.com sincerely apologises for a technical error which allowed a series of personalised vouchers to be used by unintended customers.
The company emailed personal vouchers to a number of customers as a goodwill gesture because they had experienced a specific problem with their order. Unfortunately, one of the recipients posted the voucher link on a bulletin board and due to a technical error the voucher was inadvertently issued to those other than the intended recipients.
Figleaves.com issued the personalised compensation vouchers in good faith and orders from all the intended recipients will of course be honoured. Orders placed as a result of the posting of the voucher on the bulletin board will not be accepted by figleaves.com in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, see relevant paragraph below.
Once again we unreservedly apologise to all who have been inconvenienced.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation E-mail’). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Figleaves Global Trading Ltd when you place an order.

Further to the above statement from our Chairman, we can also confirm that your account will now be removed from our database as requested.
