Think of all the hassle / expense they incurred in cancelling these orders.

If anyone has any more vouchers and a spare e-mail address to waste more of their time, well ..........

.... give them some bad karma!

EDIT: If this thread is "closed" how come we can still add to it?

It just means that the offer is now closed :)

seems all orders have been cancelled, bit that go my goat was the bit saying your details don't match those the voucher was sent to - i've asked them to specify exactly what they mean, i didn't try and get multiple vouchers or do anything dodgy, they reply but avoid the question!
i used to order from them regularly and used the same account for the freebies so they would know that, def lost (another) customer here!
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

They've changed the vouchers so they now require an £80 spend unfortunately.

Had a reply to my email requesting they cancel my account - to say they've taken me off the mailing list. Not what I asked for, and does give me further concern about them harvesting addresses and credit card details. Replied and asked them to do what I asked in the first place!

I asked them to remove all my details including address, E-mail address and credit card details.

Still waiting for a reply. But I suspect they are rather bogged down with people asking them to do this. So I might have to wait a little while longer.

The word CLOSED in the title just means that the offer is closed. The thread is nearly always left open for further discussion once an offer has finished, but by putting closed in the title it lets people know at a glance that this one is over :)

    I sent them the following:

    Figleaves-

Your email is incorrect. The voucher WAS sent to me. I think you're referring to the LINK or webpage the voucher offer was on. This is one promotion that's sure to have LOST you a lot of customers. Now I've seen how expensive your prices are, I'll never be shopping with you again.

Remove all of my details from your records immediately.

Cannot believe I actually read a thread a couple of days ago about people ADVERTISING the fact that they intended to buy loads of items using codes/loopholes, and then sell on e-bay. Can you blame retailers for pulling the plug?

It happens all the time. Most of the sellers you will see on ebay are selling something they paid less for in the hope to make money. It's no surprise when things are found cheaply and you would expect to pay more, ebay is then filled with them.

More often than not these sellers also fail to pay any form of taxes on their earnings and are in fact criminals in this respect. I really think HM Customs and Revenue should book up their act and find some way of forcing Ebay to give up all customer records. Any people making substantial sales (a number of sales that could not be made by your average person clearing out their house) could then be crossreferenced against their databases. The amount of money they paid for the item in the first place is likely to be difficult to assess, but I think HM Customs and Revenue should assume a set amount per item, maybe £5. So if someone has sold 40,000 items and not paid income tax, a letter should appear on their doormat asking them to pay £40,000, justify the amount of money made and pay the appropriate amount or face court action. Ebay and income tax is an issue which will not go away until something is done about it! And you can guarantee it will be mentioned in the news at some point in the future.

Oh and by the way! Give up e-mailing and phoning figleaves unless it is to ask to be removed from the database. Noone else has got anything out of them (read this thread) so why should you be so special?! The facts are clearly here in this thread for all to see. You are not entitled to the offer, *FACT*, and figleaves already took the time to tell you this in an e-mail. The customer service employee won't particularly care whether or not custom has been lost so long as they get their wage.
