Oh dear-sorry to hear about hubby.I would be careful of tablets from abroad- there must be a reason you cant get them here anymore.
Take care:Alovin' this site!

Only managed a quick go on step plus, and the body test. Managed to get my step plus score up to 620 so quite happy with that. And my weight, and BMI was down, only by 1lb but it's a start at least. Ideally I would love to lose another stone, but less would be ok as I'm finding it difficult to get the weight off.0

HIya,
I've been at a training day today, so feeling very thick headed now.
BUT>>>>>>> Drum roll please>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I've ordered my Wii + Wii Fit :j :j :j :j :j It's a good price at the moment on Amazon... so I got them for £200. I was going to get it from Tesco, which was £220.
I'm very excited, or I would be, if I had any energy left today!!!
Still booze free.

Hi everyone!
I have been avoiding this thread tonight because I have been really lazy and not done any form of exercise for 2 days:o.
I had every intention of doing some tonight but I am sooooo tired, my DD woke up at 5.40 this morning (her covers had come off) and she went straight back to the land of nod but that was me awake, it didn't help that I was too late switching my light of last nigh-I was coming to the end of my book and I couldn't put it down!
Will make up for it though, walk up town tomorrow to weigh myself and kick boxing class tomorrow night. Will let you know how it goes (maybe, as long as I've lost some weight:D).
SS great news with getting your Wii-now remember it is for serious exercise, not choosing clothes and hairdos for you Miis LOL!
Morocha-well done for doing 45 mins, I know how hard it is to get motivated to do 2 mins of exercise when you feel down.
Goodnight. x"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0
