Oh, I've had the most crazy weekend, haven't been home since fridaymorning, so no wii fit - lots to catch up on, but did go for a couple of long day's shopping, so a lot of walking and carrying. need to get back into it though..but have been eating better - helps that i've had no appetite due to feeling sick for about 14days now :( but it does mean my calorie intake has plummeted, which is good. will have a go when i get home from the office this evening (about 10pm) and see if any progress has been made! !

I've just managed to do Day 1 of the 30 day challenge on Wii Active... thighs didn't hurt as much as I thought they would, but now my boobs hurt from the running!! must invest in a decent sports bra if I'm going to keep this up!

I know that feeling  My boobs were hurting from the fast walking on day one. It seems to have setted a bit... but a 34hh I'm not running ANYWHERE!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Will try and get on the wiifit later - if I don't do anything else on it, I've got to try to beat OH score at skiing :D

Well done SS that is absolutely fantastic :T:j. I'm the same as you I have a lot of weight to lose (not just 3 or 4 stone either:eek::eek:) and I will maybe post my start weight one day but far too embarassed to do at the moment.

I am going to do a weigh in on Wednesday and although I have stuck to the diet religiously, I just have a horrible feeling I have not lost this week, saying that I am wearing jeans today that are a size smaller.

Smaller jeans... that's great, :T:T who cares what the scales say if you're feeling better about yourself??? :D

Not done anything yet, visited my friend and her wee one this morning and going to see mum and dad this afternoon but will do some Wii later and hopefully a wee walk.

Will let you know how my weigh in goes-wish me luck.

    Teenie x

Good luck with your weigh in on Wednesday, I'll be with you in spirit!!! If I was to lose all my weight, I'd need to lose 4.5 stone... but, hey, if you'd asked me last week I'd have said I needed to lose 5 stone, so... anything's possible!! Although I'm not pledging to lose 4.5 stone!!! But I need to set a new target.

Went for a walk this morning, dog is still sleeping and had a go on the Wii - my age is now 36. Don't know if I've lost weight, scales say no, wii says yes.

Fantastic news SS - 7lbs! Wow!
    Lexuslass - 2lb! Fabo!

    Thanks Deek :D

Lexus I'm keeping off the booze because I'm stubborn, and I set myself an achievable task of two weeks booze free. I am going to have a drink on Saturday night... (my birthday :D:D) But after that I'm setting myself a target of a month booze free.

I am finding it hard, but every day that I do, I feel better. We've done SO much at home this weekend, when normally we'd be slumped feeling lazy and a little hungover. I am missing it though. Esp. after my tough day at work on Thursday ( we had a police incident after some clients were fighting, it wasn't fun :( ) But I managed, and was pleased with myself for not drinking

What are you finding the hardest?

Well, I did a fast 44mins round the park. I was hot and sweaty, so that's got to be good. I had an unexpected lunch out with friends. It was lovely, but not very WW. So I need to think carefully about tea now.

Ok, so I'm setting my next target. I want to lose another 7lbs. So let's see how I get on with that.

Keep it up everyone, we're doing so well. :T:T:T:T

    :TWow, well done everybody!!
I've never signed up for any challenges before, but this thread is really helping me. I've managed 30 minutes free step for the last 3 days and a big walk on Sunday. I just need to control the chocolate cravings now:o. Any tips gratefully received!

Just not having a drink in general!! I cannot have one drink and leave the rest for another day...someone might steal it from the fridge!!!

My doctor gave me some tablets which are supposed to stop the craving and the need to carry on and have more to drink once I get the taste for it, but when I was ill last week I stopped taking them. I guess I should start them again (keep forgetting tho!) and see how I go!

Hugs to you. Its horrible that you feel that way- I have similar problems although not because of the pill. If you can possibly manage just 10 mins of gentle exercise it may help the depressive fog lift a little- I know it takes a massive amount of effort when you feel like this but it might just be worth it. Easier said than done I know. Hope you are feeling a little less sad today:A
