Congrats Mrs B!
My weigh in is Monday too, fingers crossed for a STS as I have had a rather *coughs* indulgent food week without much exercise. I did do a couple of hours in the garden this afternoon - and it was hard work, shifting the compost round the four bay system. I stink now
I notice on hot uk deals that The Hut have wii fit for £52 or so if anyone is looking.
Sarahshattered - it took a lot for me to admit to myself even that I was a pound off 14 stone on 1st January this year. Round about 11 3 now, which is still high considering I am 5' 5", but I feel tons better. I can run to school with the boys without so much as heavy breathing .

lexus don't worry about having a bit of a blow out. I think it can be a good thing, because you lull your body into a false sense of security ...
If you're too 'good' your body gets suspicious, thinks you're suffering a famine, and gets into plateau mode. Then it gets harder to lose weight. Throwing a Macdonalds or a chinese at it every now and again allows the body to feel that everything's ok.
I hope that's true, because I had a big fat juicy burger at the pub on friday, and KFC yesterday... although yesterday was still within my points, friday definitely wasn't!!!!!
Mrs B WTG girlie, good for you.
Good luck tomorrow HexMMSSB Club Founder Member

No wii fit for me today, the weekends are just so short of time, but I did cycle to town and back, only a mile but better than nothing. I'll be back on the wii tomorrow.
Murie - glad you are doing something for yourself. I used the buffer in the shower today and painted my toe nails and did a facial peel yesterday, it does make you feel better
Mrs B and SS well done on your weightloss
Lexus - tomorrow is another day, and it will be a good one for youThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Hi all, I'm afraid I have fallen off the wagon and done zero excercise and lots of rubbish eating BUT I did lose 1 1/2 lb last week, so must have done something right. Will buck up my ideas this week as I am going on hols in just over a week!!!
Well done all for successes and thanks for the motivation....I promise to do better this week xx0 -
Thanks Dusty
I'm excited about my weigh in tomorrow. I've had a good day points wise, although I've had no exercise this weekend. Back to fast walking with the pooch tomorrow.
I had such a great moment on Friday morning. I was stomping through the park with my headphones on, the sun was shining through autumn leaves, channel hopping on the radio, when David Bowie's 'Heroes' came on. What a moment. I was walking feeling the sun on my face, and feeling on top of the world.
Ahhhh here's to more moments like that :beer:MMSSB Club Founder Member

well done all of you!!
good luck tomorrow with your weigh in Sarah!!
Don't know if anyone has clicked my signature with the countdown to christmas?
Sorry...probably quite annoying to you all, but I am using that as my daily motivator!!0 -
Morning Everyone :hello:
Weigh - in day ... I decided I wasn't brave enough to post my actual weight! It shouldn't bother me so much, but it does! So it's between me and my scales for now!!
Results... 7lbs lost!!!!! :j :j :j :j :j
I stayed within my points total for the week by 5 points, and that doesn't include the extra points earned through exercise!I've lost a point tho now, as I've gone into the next stone down, that'll make sense if you've done WW before
I'm on a mission folks. The no booze thing is going really well. 7 nights booze free now. I've slept through 2 nights in a row now. I normally wake up at least once, if not twice to use the loo in the night. So I'm getting much better sleep too.
Big stomping today. I've missed my exercise!
See you later, hope you're all feeling motivated for the week ahead???? I am. We can do this.

Well done SS but make sure that you are eating enough too. We don't want you too tired this week.
Well feel of the Wii fit wagon (not literally) as have been playing Wii Resort. Hope to start tonight again.
Am going to try and eat better too. As I cook dinner early for my two I always seem to be hungry by 8 and start munching :nono:January Grocery 11/3740
