busy day planned today so have been on for my workout this morning (seems to be if I don't do it in the morning it 'may' not get done)
The shoulder and upper arm ones are getting a bit less painful so something must be happening. Got some walking planned for later too
Hope everyone has a good weekend0 -
Morning wii fitter!
Looking forward to my session later - I so never thought I'd say that.
Mrs B thank you so much for this thread, I honestly would not have dusted off the board without it. Please can I be a member now?The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Hey all!!!
Well youve all been doing well, good for you!
Poor Valli!! GWS xx
Painted the master bedroom Thursday and finished making it look pretty yesterday so no Wii-ing, but plenty of upper body exercise!!!
Fell off the wagon BIG time last night, as OH took night off work and said we should celebrate our hard work! have woken up today HANGING UGH!!! gakky mouth, banging head, didnt normally get headaches either. Ive realised I dont want to drink like I did (and its not the morning after "Im never drinking again" thing either:rotfl:)
Am pleased I havent drunk all week, and its not like I feel great for having a drink, so I dont think Im missing it as much as I thought I would, as you said SS, habitual!!!
OH at work all night tonight, so will be doing the Wii after the kids are in bed!
Ive had 4 inches cut off my hair, so Im hoping my hair is heavy and that it might contribute to weight-loss!!!:rotfl:
I do feel better and my jeans arent as tight... so fingers crossed eh?
Keep going all of you, its great that you all have your own goals and your own ways off reaching them...
Im very proud of all of us *wipes a solitary tear*:rotfl:
keep going!!!!

Evening All
I'm still booze free Mrs B I'm going to stay on the wagon till next Sat. I shall be drinking then though.
No doggy walk from me today, we've been doing loads in the house, so DH took the pooch out for a quick run. However, I'll see what happens tomorrow. All in all it's been a good first week, I'm really pleased with what I've achieved.MMSSB Club Founder Member

No Wii for me today either but I did go for a nice walk in the woods it was really windy but the trees kept us sheltered, I thought it would have taken us at least 1/2 hour but we done it in 20 mins. Was going to do some Wii tonight but my DH is watching The Lord of the Rings so I'll leave him in peace and do some tomorrow.
SS well done for a booze free weekend-I've had umpteen of them and I'm desperate for a drink  oh how you're life changes when you have a baby-although my friend did ask me round to hers last night for a "few" drinks but I refused :A as I want to give this diet a good go. Will make up for it though lol!
Happy Wii'ing. Teenie x"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Your walk sounds lovely Teenie. And yes, you're right, your life does change out of all recognition when you have a baby!MMSSB Club Founder Member
