I'm officially unbalanced, that has surprised you hasn't it (oh and dead too as I fell off the tightrope)The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Well done Morocha - I feel really proud of myself too! I thought my daughter had erased my original wii fit profile when I tried it previously to do the body test so I set myself up a new one... anyway, I found my old one today - I was always known as 'Guest F' apparently (oooh! get me, with my fancy user name!! lol!) and went into that one today... it was my 525th day and the wii fit hadn't seen me for 88 days!!
well that is going to change!! I've spent an hour on it in total today... and it gave me a real burst of energy!! Will definitely be back on tomorrow... gotta beat my step plus record (a whopping 570...that is good for me!!!).
Well done to you too Dustykitten - enjoy that well earned chocolate! Wish I could say my BMI was ideal but it's not.... but it will be!!! onwards and upwards (and downwards for my weight and BMI (hopefully!!)!!

WTG Dusty :T :T
My head's frazzled from work today. But, I won't bore you with that here....
However, I could really do with a glass of wine or many glasses of wine truth be told.
Mrs B, we were drinking heavily here, every night too. But mostly habitual, but tonight's tough.
Anyway... I did manage to do a flying whizz round the park with the dog, but it was only 20mins or so. But... I made myself go up and downstairs at work as much as possible today.
My clothes are feeling more comfortable, and I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Monday.
Keep it up everyone. :T :T

Up early again for me - it's becoming quite a habit - and did 30mins before breakfast, made up of 3 lots of step plus (managed to get my score up to 614) a jogging, and the rythm boxing (6mins) and then the heading..fun stuff..also, my wii age is back down to 22, which is my real age so good. and my weight is back down again. good times!0

Well done Piratefairy - DS3 has been on the tightrope this morning - he is so good, he said I'll give you some tips after school Mummy:rotfl:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Morning.
Done my stomp round the park. Hard stomping it was too! But it took less time by about 3 mins, so I'm going to have to think about adding some more in somewhere!
Still booze free, although last night was tough. After such an awful day at work I wanted wine and junk food. But, I had sausages and veggie mash with gravy, so it was comfort food, but still well within my points... which I've kept to every day.
I'm splurging today though, cos I'm meeting my friend for lunch. I won't drink, but I will eat a big gourmet burger.....

I have just done 46 minutes on the Wii Fit.. really pleased I've done another day and really enjoyed it again!!
Have beaten some of the records held by OH and DD so am pretty chuffed... although it means that I probably won't get to go on it again later as they'll be trying to beat my scores!
My own step plus record is now 556.
I done the Body Test after and have lost 1lb and my BMI has gone from 29.34 to 29.20... not a great drop in either but at least it's the right way, so I am quite pleased with that... will see what next week brings after more Wii sessions... am planning to get to grips with the EA Active on Monday while the two little ones are in nursery.
Just a thought - is anyone getting the wii fit plus when it comes out at the end of this month? I am tempted... but I should really leave it a little longer before pre-ordering it to make sure I am sticking to it!
Got my daughters Harvest Festival this afternoon.... just hope I don't go into a world of my own and start thinking I am on the Wii Fit Ski Slalom while in church... can you imagine!!!!???? :eek:0 -

Morning all,
Not having a brilliant week even though it is nearly finished. Have been waking up late everyday and having to get taxis to work because I have missed the bus, so not too happy with myself! :mad:I just wish I knew why I suddenly can't get up in the mornings, I don't even seem to hear my alarm clock!!!
Had a good time at the works do last night. Didn't scoff to death, just had a little nibble at the buffet. I went for the salad and lighter sandwiches and left the heavier stuff alone. :jThough my boss tried to persuade me to take the cakes home with me as a thank you for helping out!:rotfl:
Not done too much on the wii but I have made sure that I am going for a long walk at lunch time instead of just sitting around and browsing the net (MSE really lol). Will be getting back on tonight as me and my sister are competing on the hula hoop to see who can do the best! She has done 300+ :eek:already and I am only on 240+!!:rotfl:
Well shall be getting back to work now! Have to try and earn some money to pay for the stupid bloomin taxis! Hope everyone else is having a better friday than me!! xxx
P.S Didn't mean to do such a long post!:DIf I am laughing, then I don't understand!!
