    in my house make chickpea curry and rice for dinner adn then wrao it for lunch the next day with salad mm mmm mouth is watering!

    Absolutely love chick peas, must make one of those over the weekend.

    Ive got a tomato, mushroom & onion & chilllis pasta sauce in the slow cooker at the mo and a chicken carcass ready for a soup as well for work lunch.

    at work i have the same thing every day. m&s wholemeal bread, m&s wiltshire breaded gammon, m&s soft cheese, m&s lettuce; m&s ready-salted crisps; bio yoghurt (non m&s). :)
    BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? :shocked: OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!

    M&S is extortionate isn't it?!

    I keep a loaf of bread at work for breakfast (toast) and lunch. Then i take a sandwich bag with salad and ham in and have ham salad sandwiches with LOADS of salad cream..mmmm!!

    Also, never be a stranger to supermarkets own brands! I had a lovely fish salad the other day using smartprice tinned mackerel. Cheap and containns your EFAs!
    Was debt free... then went travelling!
