  • I'm trying to connect to the site and getting a 'doesn't exist' message too. Anybody know what the problem is?
I really hope it hasn't disappeared forever as it saves me a fortune with my Virgin line.
    I'll catch up tomorrow!

It's working fine for me. It must be a problem with your ISPs affecting connectivity to specific servers or groups of servers. The site is hosted in the United States by Godaddy.com.

It's working for me now, but wasn't last week.
    Panic over.....
It may be worth creating a spread sheet with all the usual numbers you use, Sky, Banks and doctors surgeries etc and keeping it somewhere safe...

https://www.weq4u.co.uk gets you through to most of the more popular numbers from your inclusive minutes,or for the cost of a geographical 01/02/3 call.

I complained about an 800% above base contract elevated bill with Three. It was due to protracted calls listening to music using up all my inclusive minutes and therefore all further calls that month at 35p per minute including VAT.

They offered me a cap on my contract so it can never go over the contracted £6.90p per month.

Beauty is I can't phone any number starting 08 or 09. So I just email them explaining that and inform them that if they want me to call them or have any business from me or any other of the thousands of capped contracts they'll have to ring me when summoned by email and/or provide a non geographic number.

Slight drawback is I can't phone 101 either because it's actually a premium rate number.

Eventually it'll work through and they'll realise that having an 0800 or 0845/7 number is not actually any good for their business in the long run.
Better a sensible number of sales rather than a small number of 2p's.
