Right, I'm just checking here then off to Otley to pick up the lamp I reserved from Argos, it was reduced from £25 to £8. Then I'll have a mooch in the charity shops, I'm trying to build up a book, jumper and blanket store for winter so that I can pretty much hibernate.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I've found my dinning room...I knew it was there somewhere...utility room is now back to how it should be and I've just got to reassemble the kitchen table. :j

Have listed old freezer on freecycle - it's being collected Tuesday pm. New freezer arriving Monday, old dishwasher listed on ebay....2 sock monkies finished and ready to go.

Some how the tin of christmas roses fell off the top of my wardrobe....rolled down the stairs, opened itself and made me eat some....honestly, these tins are cheeky little blighters. :D

Do you have current credit cards with high limits and no balances...they can go against you in a credit scoring exercise as can too many searches in a period of time. So if you applied for a CC - thats one search.....

If you have high limits it means you have an availability of credit to hand and once you add a mortgage in they think you may overstretch yourself.

He only has 2 cards Sammy, one has a high (15k) limit-zero balance..we spend about 3k monthly on it, but pay off in full.Other is only 1k limit, again no balance and is a sort of emergency card that stays in his flt bag in case of wallet theft..
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

I would guess that the 15k limit is part of the problem but it sounds like a mixture of a couple of searches, a default, high limit and the current climate.

Not sure what to suggest although you could speak to an IFA or another mortgage provider....

    ..

Bit soon to write yourself off spudly...it could just be the shock of running after a while....however, that is no reason to ignore pain.

I don't know enough about knee pain but maybe becky could enlighten you if you describe how they feel.

When I started running I had painful knees but it seemed to be like puffy hot knees....it calmed down after a couple of weeks...
