    Poor you!
Full moon isn't due until 2/11/09 - which luckily is when my big two go back to school! :D

Did you start your phoning 'more' childminders today?

I did, I had a good old cry on the phone to one who doesn't have a vacancy :o (she was being helpful!!) and I am off to see another tomorrow. Been a rough day all round in MFD towers :(

Getting a bit worried about James....
Hope I'm not being horrid and insensitive :o

Becles - it all sounds a bit much to me. I would speak to the school and explain that you think that all the remembering stuff is upsetting James further unnecessarily. If James feels that way other kids probably do too.

He's been a little clingy and not sleeping well, but not too bad. No biting yet, keeping my fingers crossed. His latch has changed but not in a painful way.

I'm feeling a bit miserable and a bit like I don't want to do anything.
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.
  • Did I hear some fabulous news in my absence?! Congrats Mel!!

We have teeth here. First two popped through this morning. Wonder if I might get a decent sleep tonight.

Yay for teeth!!! Are we the only gummy baby left??

    :grouphug: :kisses3:

Becles I forgot to say earlier I would maybe (if you're able to with work etc) say you won't be sending him to school on one of the many upsetting days or ask if he could be kept out of the assembly thing if possible?

Or Mel did you trick him? (I'm soo not incredibly tempted to do that in about 18mths time )

can i ask another question about cots?????

    do you have/use a dropside???

we looked at some in mothercare/argos and they have drop sides, but we also looked in ikea (found one about 40 mins away MFD - and hubby took me (major crawling on his part)) and they dont have drop sides.

i automatically think i need one iwth a drop side as i 99.9% of the time put LO to bed when she is alseep but i am also worried as she is a light sleeper if the drop side (putting it back up into position) will wake her.

emmm....... I have to confess to desperately needing a dropside cot when we bought one. In the last 8 months I've used the drop side about three times.

3 - we had the same thing with LO trying to climb out - while still wearing her sleeping bag :rotfl:

Can somebody keep my bl00dy babba still for a while!! :D

we spend hours encouraging them then months wishing we hadn't:rotfl::rotfl:
PS - drop that cot matress!!!!

Buttons - there aren't any private hospitals in scotland! I looked into it all before LO was born. As it turns out the staff at the ERI were great. COme to Edinburgh next time ;)
