Right, I'm now even more determined to get to boobie club tomorrow. If they say it is thrush then I'll go to the doctor in the afternoon. Though parents will be here too as its mums birthday tomorrow. Though if I can delay the MoT I may need them to take me to doctors. God, so much to think about again tomorrow. So much for our peaceful day.
She is definitely getting plenty of milk, she put on 9oz in 9 days last week and never lost any after birth. Also it drips from me if I try to go topless for a bit so I know that part of it is good, its just the pain. Bless her, she is not impressed with the formula at all. Really fought it and still rooting for me. Just got enough to tide us over until tomorrow and to give my boobs a rest for the night in the hope that they can heal up a bit.
Anyway, off to bed now if she'll stay asleep. Thanks again for your help. Hopefully I'll be back on in a couple of days to cheer about a successful few feeds.

evening all

harley - please try and go to a boobie group - they are great. Also ring your HV and they'll come and see you at home. They can be really great and look at you in your normal surroundings, making it less scary than a boobie group
Another thing is your 'position'. I found that in the early days the nmost relaxing way to bf was to be lying in bed - helped LO latch on and me relax. Once she got bigger her in my arms sitting up became easier. Good luck - you are doing really well x
elle - I was in ASDA earlier and thought of you as I know you love 'funky' colthes for rhys. I know you had a black and white cow print vest etc for him (at least i'm pretty sure it was you). Anyways....they had a fleecy sleepsuit all in one that was brown and cream cow print. It was very cute. Rhys would look very handsome in one!
skinty - I'mglad Lillia has perked up. Don't worry about taking her to hospital - they would always rather see you and send you home, than you not go and worry. Calpol isn't evil IMO so be guided by your instincts
LO update - she's asleep and has been since 7.30pm yipeeee
random chat - I'm a bit confused about the 'hair' dye chat. I've obviously not lived that much!
I can't promise that all my replies will illicit this responser.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!

Keira was through to sleep at 9, and she is still is awake, also insisting I don't turn the light off, I'm sure this is just her way of making a fuss, but she better not start playing up too it, can't be bothered pandering to a fake fear, she's never had an issue before.
Jeez, I've been invited to a house party at some guy OH works with on Sat and then I'm out on Sat with his work mates too. Mum said she'd babysit but feel a bit bad going out that often!!0 -
Ah SM, where did you get your R4? I can't remember the site I saw ones on before and I need 2! Also, have you figured out how to get DS games on it, is it easy etc?0
