oh and I have a question. I need to buy a carpet cleaner :D After using the rug doctor a couple of times, I'm just going to bite the bullet. Obviously I'm after a bargain, but don't know exactly what I'm looking for yet - any recommendations or ones to steer clear of?

I want something that will mop up spills and give a deep clean to a cream carpet (yes, I know - but I didn't buy/choose them but they are too new to replace!)

OH was slightly concerned about the heap of tablets in a plastic bag arriving in a jiffy bag and wondered what on earth his usually very square wife was doing :rotfl:

glad they arrived - I did think maybe I should have put the label in!
Good job it didn't come from abroad & need to go thru customs!

my little baby is still not right - has gone from 150ml bottles to 80ml & keeps crying. it's a really whingy 'in pain' cry, OH though he heard his shoulder click twice so I'm wondering if he's dislocated his shoulder  it feels ok & looks ok, moves fine but gonna keep an eye on it.
going to baby clinic tomorrow now though

OH really doing my head in atm - to the point I'd rather be on my own :(
BIL is being really helpful, taking Jack off me and offered to have him while I had a nap. My period is so heavy I leaked thru a pad onto my trousers & had lots of clots - I feel like pap!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Who was after knitted boots a while back? I spotted some in Tescos for £10 (I think) in blue, black, stone or grey.

alas MM - I've tried it and it's just not enough. Think of the colour of double cream and you have the colour of my carpet. Now remember my post about projectile vomitting baby - throw in some butternut squash, blueberrys and the occasional beer spill by DH and you get the idea!

PS - I don't think I'd look any prettier in red  I can hardly find the time to keep it in check - let alone dye it! DH would fall off the bed laughing at my attempts I think!

Rmac - MIL still swears by her Vax. We've borrowed it a couple of times and it does the job, but not as good as the rug doctor.
