All this tooth talk has reminded me - I think Caitlin has another tooth coming (not that the first one has actually come through yet). I can see another white lump. Again, it's not a front one though!

She hasn't got nappy rash, but she is drooling like it's going out of fashion. Her tops are getting soaked through. I've resorted to putting a bib on her, but it's soaking through that too!

Ha ha :D. Hope you had a fab time Krystal!

It's DH's 30th in a few weeks. I have NO idea what to get him. He isn't into gadgets (no Wii, Xboxes or anything similar here), he doesn't wear aftershave and pretty much buys himself anything he wants or needs. I suggested a new watch, but he said "the one I've got is fine". I just get "don't waste your money" every time I ask him. Not helpful!. The only thing I can think of is booking a night away in a hotel for us and ask grandparents to babysit. I'd like to get him something to open though too.

Krystal went to a show. It was supposed to be a surprise but her DH couldn't contain his excitement and told her..

Any gift experience type thing he'd fancy doing? Indoor skydiving? ;)

ETA: OH wants to go on a survival weekend (Ray Mears stylee) for his 40th.. three years, one month to find and save that!

keely - sorry to hear of your MIL. be in my prayers.

SM - go you for doing so much today! but booo to breaking stuff!!

MDW - Anchovies!?? :S i cant even look at them for long - i hate hat they are beside the sunblused tomatoes in my MR T deli section.

hi NMS! Good jollydays!?? - tell us all!

tara - hugs. i was thinking about you today. xx

skinty -- the drooling is def a sign, but ive never experienced the cold sweats and stuff before with Katie....maybe best to give your out of hours doc a wee ring, just to peacify your mind!?

Elle - yes, feel much better for my child-free day out. Although it has made me want another one next week. is that being selfish!?

Bruno -- hugs to lil Elijah. bepanthen is quite good....and timodine for nappy rash but is expeensive, so make sure to ask the doc for a script for it!! :)

so, today, i took Katie, Christopher and nephew, Bailey, to park and to feed ducks. Took a picnic with us, and had a great time. I also made them walk around the park -- total of 1mile. can u guess how long that took with a 4year and almost 2year old!!?? lol. We were stopping to pick leaves for Bailey for school too, and to examine every single one! took it outta me!! lol

    xx

I remmeber that with Katie -- to stop from changing her multiple times throughout the day, I bought plastic-back bibs. they arent as pretty as the others, but it doesnt soak through her tshirt!!

Oh that reminds me, we have lots and lots of plastic backed bibs (bought some then got heaps from OH's cousin). Like you say, not as pretty as others, but useful. Fairies can send some if you'd like.. :)

Where's the best place to buy those Elle? Sounds like I need to get some! Lilia was soaked all on her front today. Doesn;t help she isn;t holding her head up yet so it all heads straight down onto her before I can wipe it off.
