most the time

as soon as jayden falls asleep at about 6 hes completely knocked out til anywhere between 10pm til 1am ...

zoes good she stays in her bedroom unless she wants a drink .. on a weekday bedroom time is 6 but sleepy time is 7 so gives her an hour to wind down and by 8ish usually shes asleep x

I have to say that if all else fails, I can always pride myself on my kids going to bed early and without fuss.
I try to keep Ry-ry awake until 7pm but never makes it, today was 5.45pm, but he was kackered.
Aston used to go bed at 6pm as a baby too, but he used to wake nuff times during the night until 18 months

weezl we've always been very strict for bed time on a school night if its not a school night its bedroom time at 7 but she can watch a dvd til 9 ... 6pm has always been bed/bedroom time and she understand even if she does try it every once in a while ...
